Chaffin Light Real Estate welcomes and co-operates with all Brokers/Agents that bring us a buyer or a seller. Turn a negative experience into a positive one and provide your seller with an alternate marketing plan that produces results instead of just lowering the list price and not changing any of the marketing efforts to produce a sale.
Using a Colorado Real Estate Commission approved form; we can attach an Amend Extend to your listing contract retaining our service for the duration of the auction time frame only. You will be compensated the commissions agreed upon in your Listing Contract, as will another broker that brings us a buyer. Your relationship with your clients will not be interfered with in any way whatsoever. We work as a team to get the job done, and meet at the closing table in less then 60 days!
Brokers that bring us a buyer:
All of our auctions will be registered in the Aspen/Glenwood Springs Multiple List Service. There you will find the commission paid to you at closing for bringing us a qualified buyer. Considering the fact that 70% of properties go Under Contract prior to the auction, we welcome the opportunity to work with you as you are a huge factor in the success of the auction. Brokers must register their buyer no less than 48 hours in advance of the auction and agree to all terms as outlined in the auction policy. Please call our office for more information.
